We offer monthly subscriptions (weekly, 2x weekly, bi-weekly and once a month) and one time clean ups!
Whether you're signing up for a monthly subscription or just a one-time clean-up, simply follow the steps below. If you run into any trouble, don’t hesitate to call or text us—we’re happy to help! (585) 553-1712

Weekly and Monthly Vacationers:

If you're vacationing on Nantucket for a week, two weeks, or up to three weeks and would like multiple clean-ups during your stay, simply sign up and request as many one-time services as you’d like in your client portal. We'll do our best to match your preferred dates or get as close as possible. If you're here for a month or longer, we recommend signing up for a monthly subscription. When filling out the sign-up form, please include your timeline in the comments section. We’ll make every effort to follow up and pause or cancel your service when you leave—but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to cancel when your stay ends. Remember, you can cancel service at any time!

How It Works

STEP 1: GET A FREE QUOTE IN SECONDS AND FILL OUT THE SIGN UP FORM

Click any “Free Quote” button on our website to answer three quick questions: the number of dogs, your preferred clean-up frequency, and the last time your yard had a thorough cleaning. Your answer to the last question won’t affect your quote—it simply helps us prepare for your initial visit and ensure the best service possible. On the same page, you’ll complete the "Sign Up" form with a few more details, such as your contact information and specifics about your dog(s). Once everything’s filled out, just click the blue “Get Started” button. You will then be prompted to fill out your card information. Once you add your card, we will apply a $1.50 TEST charge to verify your payment. This is a temporary authorization and not a extra charge. You will not be charged until after your first clean up is complete!

One time clean-ups: If you are here on vacation please leave your desired clean up date in the additional comments sections at the end of the sign up form and we will do our best to fit you in!

STEP 2: GET YOUR CLIENT PORTAL LOGIN AND RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE DAYS!

Shortly after signing up you will receive a confirmation email from SweepAndGo. This is the client onboarding software that we use. This email will contain a login link to your client portal, with the email you provided and a automated password. We recommend that you change your passwords after your first login. In your client portal you can see your info, manage your credit card, provide updates to your service and request any changes. The intital time you login to your client portal you do not need to request service. Within 24 hours (weekday) of signing up we will assign your service days based on the subscription you have chosen! You can see your service days under the clean-ups section in your client portal!

STEP 3: YOU RELAX, WE SCOOP!

On your service day, one of our field techs will reach out to you when they are on the way to service your yard (depending on your notification settings which can be adjusted in your client portal). A field tech will then scan your yard in a mower like fashion, scooping up all dog waste. Once your yard is completed, we will double bag the poop and leave it in your trash. If we cannot access your trash we will leave the double bagged waste in a convenient location for you and send you a message of exactly where we left it. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and disease's to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment. If you chose to, you will then receive a text that your your yard has been cleaned!
